In September, I hang out my shingle yet again, leaving the wonderful NFP SuperFriend behind, and leaving the lure of warm titles like CEO and GM to others. Quite frankly I don’t like running businesses, operations, reporting and all that other management tedious boring stuff.

MY TIP TO YOU ? .. be wary of sitting in the pot of warm water for too long, comfortable it may be, but is it true to the things that give you career joy? Take a leap of faith in yourself!
You know the frog story right? ? Put a frog in hot water and it will jump out, but if you gradually warm the water it wont notice and eventually boil. (I do think this has been scientifically debunked).
